  • Job postings: Hire from a pool of talented McCombs students and alumni by posting open positions on RecruitMcCombs.
  • Recruitment events: McCombs hosts career expos where employers can connect with BBA, MBA, and M.S. students in the fall and spring semesters, in addition to smaller networking events throughout the year.
  • Partnerships: Join the BBA Partnership Program to streamline your company’s recruiting activity across McCombs, foster brand awareness, and reach students inside and outside the classroom.
  • Join a formal mentoring program: Our BBA, MBA, and MPA programs all offer opportunities to become a dedicated mentor for individual students, supporting them on their education and career journeys.
  • Mentorship events: Help educate and connect with BBA students at an etiquette dinner.
  • Career coaching: Conduct mock interviews with current students, review resumes, and offer feedback through our career management offices. 
  • Join an advisory board: Our alumni advisory boards steer our programs and support McCombs faculty and staff members in providing the best experiences for our students and championing our reputation for excellence. There are opportunities to serve on advisory boards for our MBA program, BBA program, Canfield Business Honors Program, and Master of Science programs, and for local alumni chapters, including Bay Area for McCombs and New York for McCombs.

McCombs Master’s Degrees

For those seeking to further a career with an advanced degree, the McCombs Hildebrand MBA Program offers a number of different formats. They include the traditional Full-Time MBA; an Executive MBA that requires one on-campus class weekend each month; a program for working professionals to attend classes on alternating weekends for an MBA at Dallas/Fort Worth or an MBA at Houston; and an Evening MBA for working professionals in Austin.

McCombs also offers one-year, career-focused master’s degrees in accounting, business analytics, finance, IT management, marketing, and technology commercialization.
